Do my points expire?

Your points expire if your account remains inactive for 6 consecutive months – that is if you make no purchases or reward redemptions using your account for 6 months.   As long as you keep using your account, your points will stay active!

How do I receive points for a missed transaction?

We don’t want you to miss out on points! If you forgot to scan your app, simply take a clear picture of your receipt and email to appsupport@thestand.com with the Invoice ID # from your receipt in the subject line. Submit your restaurant receipt details within 30 days of your purchase date. If you don't have your receipt, we won’t be able to provide credit. Requests are only available for in-restaurant visits and have a submission limit per member. For any questions, reach out to our support team.

How can I tell if I’ve earned points on my orders?

Checking your points is easy! Go to ‘History’ in your account to view your points and reward activity.   Your points will typically appear within 48 hours of purchase. Please note: The Stand Rewards points are not earned on gift card purchases or third-party delivery orders (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.).

Can I get my points back if I made a mistake on a reward I chose?

Unfortunately, once points are redeemed for a reward, they cannot be returned to your account. We also cannot exchange rewards, swap them for cash value, or transfer them to another account.

Do rewards or offers expire?

Rewards redeemed with points are subject to expiration. Any bonus rewards, offers, or perks outside of point redemptions may have their own expiration rules, so be sure to check your rewards and offers section for details.

How do I apply my reward to my order?

Once you redeem points for a reward, it will appear under “Offers” tab in your account.

  • In-Restaurant: Apply a reward by scanning your QR code at checkout (or providing your phone number) and letting our team know which reward you'd like to use.
  • Online or In-App: Add the item to your cart before checkout and apply the reward in the checkout process.
  • A reward in the form of a dollar-value credit toward a purchase of menu items at a participating The Stand location must be used in a single transaction.  Such rewards cannot be used for orders via third-party delivery services (DoorDash, UberEats, etc.).   If the reward/credit amount is greater than the total order amount, the excess will be forfeited.  If the reward/credit amount is less than the total order amount, you must pay the balance.  For sales tax purposes, the reward/credit amount will be applied pro rata to all items in the order.

Can I earn points on my catering order?

Yes! Catering orders earn 1 point per $1 spent when placed through The Stand’s catering website or with our dedicated catering team. Points will be added to your Stand Rewards account within 48 hours. For questions, please reach out to our catering team by email at catering@thestand.com.
